Hey Friends. Fall is here! Feel that cool breeze? You already know where my head is. It’s time to tap into those skincare routines for sure. To help you along I came up with a short list of to-dos that will improve the health of your skin this Fall and well into Winter. Here goes nothing…
1. Exfoliate: Duh! Get rid of that dead skin. You don’t like it. You don’t need it. You don’t want it. Exfoliating as least twice a week turns that beautiful face of yours from drab to fab.
2. Invest in a Humidifier: Humidifiers are the bomb! They can help eliminate dry skin in the cold months and chapped lips as well. Those are the reasons specifically for this post but there are a number of other benefits that come from using a humidifier as well! It’s an all around win.
3. Use a serum here or there: Serums come in handy when the weather gets cooler. They give that extra boost of moisture that lasts all day. After cleansing at night, I lightly rub a serum in all over my face and then I top it with moisturizer. The next morning my skin is so supple and glowy. It truly helps!
4. Keep it in your purse: Sometimes we have to re-apply. That’s ok! Keep small essential items in your purse so that you’re always prepared for cold weather. To name a few, Aquaphor for the lips and Rose Water for a mid day refresh!
Was that so hard? Look how little you have to do to get big results! You will notice these results with consistency. Trust the process and commit to it.
